Account & Data Deletion Request
SEW Smart Home App
Important: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your saved devices, settings, and personal data will be completely removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
How to delete your account:
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly delete your account and all associated data directly from the SEW Smart Home app:
- Open the SEW Smart Home app and log in.
- Go to Settings or Profile.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision. Your account and data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion via email:
- Send an email to engineeringprojecthub01@gmail.com from the email address registered with your account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and the phone number associated with your account (if applicable).
We will process your request and completely remove your data within 14 business days.
